    I bought this to renovate one of the first Squier Strats whose pickups needed replacing.I'm no whiz with a soldering iron by any means but I managed the four wires that needed to be connected with no difficulty although I was relieved to see that they were quite long enough to cope with any mistakes I might have made. Guitar now sounds great again, better than ever in fact. loud, with a nice range of tones from low down and dirty to rich and mellow.
