Packaging Items For Return To Rich Tone Music
We recommend keeping all of the original packaging incase you need to return an item to us.
If you have disposed of the original packaging, you will need to securely repackage the item in a sturdy cardboard box with appropriate and sufficient packing material.
It is strongly recommended that the item is packed such to prevent it from moving around and or getting scratched.
If an item is returned by a customer with insufficient packaging and is subsequently damaged, Rich Tone Music can not accept any liability and may refuse to take delivery.
