Distortion-Overdrive

TC distortion and overdrive pedals were first introduced from the late 2000s onwards as part of TC Electronic’s expansion into analogue and drive-based effects, complementing their established digital pedigree. Designed to cover everything from transparent boost and mild overdrive to heavier distortion tones, these pedals are known for their solid build quality, practical controls and player-friendly sound, making them popular with gigging musicians as well as collectors of modern, reliable effects.
