Does what it says on the tin really - it's a guitar stand that can hold 5 guitars. I've got it for home use, so can't really comment on whether it would be any use in a gigging environment. For my purposes, it really fits the bill. It's well made, fitted together easily, feels sturdy and doesn't take up too much room. Only thing I think worth mentioning is, if you do put 5 guitars on there, you will need to be careful taking guitars on/off the rack as they will be close together. So if you're clumsy like me, I'd probably stick to only 3 guitars and have them spaced out. Which is what I bought it for anyway.
