- Notes: Not something you see often in the UK - a Washburn USA Custom Shop Boogie Street NC70 Nick Catanese / Black Label Society Signature Model. 2007 Model. Ordered by Boogie Street Guitars in the USA originally. They had a business model at the time getting limited runs of Custom Shop Made guitars exclusively for them. This is one such item.
BLAST FROM THE PAST!! When we first started Rich Tone, our first line of guitars was Washburn that we purchased from the UK distributor. As our business grew, we used to look, somewhat enviously, at the beautiful Washburn Guitars being made in the USA. Especially those that were being made in concert with Boogie Street Custom. The Dimebag and Idol models were highliy sought-after, but generally only found in the USA. SO - to get one here in the UK, is something of a rarity. The Dimebag related guitars command the most money, but these USA Idol models are great value. AND Super Cool. This has signed back plates and certificate by Nick Catanese of Black Label Society as well as Eric Mckenna who was the owner at Boogie Street.
