Player II
The Fender Player II Telecaster, which made its debut in July 2024, represents a modern interpretation of the iconic Telecasterdesign. Manufactured in Fender's renowned Ensenada, Mexico facility, this instrument inherits the legacy of previous models while incorporating the latest improvements. Retaining the classic Telecaster features, such as its distinctive double-cutaway body shape and trio of single-coil pickups, the Player II Telecaster offers enhanced playability and versatility. It also marks a re-introduction of Rosewood fingerboards on some models versus the Pau Ferro boards used on the previous Player Telecaster series. In additon, Fender have introduced several new colours for this series including; Aquatone Blue, Birch Green, Hialeah Yellow, Coral Red, among others.
