No problem. In Stock Items can have delivery selected for a Saturday. This is tracked and signed as normal, also with a 1 Hour Delivery Window.

For IN STOCK Mainland UK Orders: 

• Small Accessories, such as Strings, Picks, Straps and Cables travel on Royal Mail 48.
  Order by 12pm on Friday 16th December 2022.
  
• Guitars, Amps, Pedals etc travelling on DPD Courier.
  Order by 2pm Friday 23rd of December for Delivery on Christmas Eve!
  
• Northern Ireland
  Please Order by 2pm on 21st of December. 

PLEASE CONSIDER, THIS IS CUTTING IT VERY FINE!! While DPD will be delivering on Christmas Eve - we cannot be held responsible for any localised issues with delivery. We always recommend ordering as EARLY as possible to avoid any disappointment.

The Rich Tone Music Store in Sheffield will be open as normal from 10am - 5pm  Monday - Saturday (Closed Sundays) throughout the Christmas period with the below exceptions:

• Saturday 24th December - Open as Usual 10am - 5pm 
• Sunday 25th December - Closed Christmas Day
• Monday 26th December - Closed Boxing Day 
• Tuesday 27th December - Open as Usual 10am - 5pm 
• Wednesday 28th December - Open as Usual 10am - 5pm 
• Thursday 29th December - Open as Usual 10am - 5pm 
• Friday 30th December - Open as Usual 10am - 5pm 
• Saturday 31st December - Open as Usual 10am - 5pm 
• Sunday 1st January - Closed New Years Day 
• Monday 2nd January - Closed Bank Holiday

Extended Christmas Returns

We understand that over the Christmas period many people will be purchasing gifts for friends, family and loved ones. Therefore, to make life as easy as possible for all our customers, we will be extending our standard online 14-day returns policy.

Please Note: Our usual returns policy will still apply, meaning any purchases made will still be subject to our usual terms and conditions (available here) and items purchased in store will not be entitled to an automatic refund.

If you purchase an unwanted gift online between 8th November and 24th December (inclusive) we will exchange or refund your purchase right up until 14th January 2022 (inclusive).

Please Remember

• Any items you wish to exchange or receive a refund for must be returned undamaged and, as far as possible, in their original packaging!
• Items that are "Special Order" are subject to our usual returns policy, and not eligible for extended returns.
• Items that may entail a hygiene concern - such as earphones or microphones - will only be returned/exchanged if they clearly haven't been opened or used at all.
• Software items may only be returned/exchanged if they remain sealed.
• If goods you return appear damaged or have been used in any way, we reserve the right to offer only a partial refund or value for exchange.
