Retail Sales Advisor

This is an excellent opportunity to join Rich Tone Music, a business which specialises in guitars and amplification retailing.
The company has grown rapidly over the last few years and now seeks an individual to join us as a Retail Sales Advisor
Your primary role will be to manage customer sales and queries and the resolution of these and is a shop based role. This will include aiding and resolving customer issues for in-store sales , keeping the stock fresh and tidy, arranging in store displays and making sure the shop always looks at its best along with support for sales for on line sales enquires including phone contact.
You will be required to contribute to arranging evening and special in store events from time to time.
You will possess the following skills:
· Previous experience of customer service in a retail role - An ability to understand and identify customer needs.
· Excellent product knowledge and understanding of guitars and amplifiers along with broad knowledge of musical instruments.
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment
· Reliability and excellent communication and organisational skills.
· Good computer skills

Warehouse and Dispatch Operative

This is an excellent opportunity to join Rich Tone Music, a business which specialises in guitars and amplification retailing.
The company has grown rapidly over the last few years and now seeks an individual to join the Warehouse dept at Rich Tone Music
Your primary role will be to aid the dispatch of instruments sold in our online store to include general warehouse and dispatch jobs mainly packing of instruments for dispatch and picking stock.
You will also assist in preparing guitar for dispatch during busy times and to provide cover.
This will include cleaning and servicing using basic setup and re stringing skills.
Additional skills such as adjusting truss rods, intonation and setting saddle height , setting up locking tremolo systems, fret levelling and replacing pickups, pots and components could also be useful but not essential.
You will possess the following skills:
• Reliability and excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage your own workload and deliver in a timely way.
• Some experience of customer service - An ability to understand and identify customer needs.
• Good product knowledge and broad understanding of music equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
