XPT700
The Ibanez XPT700 is an aggressive high-performance electric guitar from the striking Xiphos series, a range developed for players seeking modern metal aesthetics, fast playability and powerful tones. Introduced in the late 2000s, the XPT700 combined the radical Xiphos body shape with premium features designed for demanding rock and metal musicians. Featuring a lightweight mahogany body, fast Wizard neck profile and dual humbucking pickups, it delivers exceptional sustain, tight low-end response and articulate high-gain tones ideal for heavy rhythm work and technical lead playing. The dramatic body design offers excellent upper fret access while maintaining the comfort and playability that Ibanez guitars are known for. Popular among metal players looking for a distinctive stage presence and professional-level performance, the Ibanez XPT700 remains a highly sought-after option on the second hand market for guitarists seeking a unique and capable used electric guitar.
